Savory Homemade Tilapi a

Ingredients

3 (4 oz) Tilapia Filets

3 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt for seasoning

Pepper for seasoning

Instructions:

Make a water bath, place a Sous Vide cooker in it, and set it at 124 F.

Season the tilapia with pepper and salt and place in a vacuum-sealable bag.

Release air by the water displacement method and seal the bag.

Submerge it in the water bath and set the timer for 1 hour.

Once the timer has stopped, remove and unseal the bag.

Put a skillet over medium heat and add butter and vinegar.

Simmer and stir continually to reduce vinegar by half. Add the tilapia and sear slightly. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Serve with a side of buttered vegetables.
